Christmas Eve Dinner
Indulge in a Christmas Eve set- menu dinner at the Chef’s Table Luang Prabang Restaurant, especially created by the resident chef for this festive season. Enjoy a four-course dinner starting with roasted turkey from the carving station. For salad, choose between a smoked duck salad with mixed berry dressing and grilled chicken avocado salad with balsamic dressing. Next, enjoy clam and mussel chowder soup or French onion soup. For the main course, select one of your favourites: herb–roasted salmon fillet, grilled beef tenderloin with chocolate and chili sauce, or grilled giant prawn with white garlic cream sauce. And finish your meal with Christmas pudding.
Dinner will be served at the pool deck at Chef’s Table Luang Prabang Restaurant, Kiridara Luang Prabang from 19:00-21:00. The price is USD 49-net per person for adults and USD 23-net for children under 12 years old. Soft drinks and a glass of sparkling wine are included with dinner price.
New Year Countdown Party
Countdown to 2019 by celebrating at Kiridara with their live band, a traditional Lao performance, and the famous ‘Barslop’ dance show. Enjoy a delicious five-course New Year’s Eve set dinner crafted by our resident chef, who is serving pan-seared smoked duck with wild honeycomb, followed by wild honeycomb salad and wild mushroom soup. Three main-course choices include roasted rack of lamb with wild mushroom and risotto, roasted salmon with wild mushroom and risotto, and grilled beef tenderloin with red wine sauce. Finish your meal with chocolate fondant served with ice cream before counting down to 2019.
The price for the New Year’s Eve Dinner is USD 59-net per person (food only) or USD 85- net per person including soft drinks and free flow local beer and house wine. Children under 12 years old receive a special price. Dinner is from 19:00-24:00 at the pool deck at Kiridara Luang Prabang.
