The Avalon Residence, located in Sounantha Village in Kaisone District, is a great budget-friendly hotel. The hotel’s location is excellent as it is close to the embankment and St. Teresa Square, and the consulate is a few minutes’ walk away. Shops, local cafes, and the bus station are also nearby. The hotel room was clean and well-appointed, and the staff cleaned it every day, changing towels and water. The room had a refrigerator, a TV, and an air conditioner. The hotel’s restaurant serves excellent food at a reasonable price. The coffee is delicious. The staff was nice and helpful, and the ambiance was relaxed.
