The coffee is processed, hulled, graded, hand-sorted, and roasted in Luang Prabang. Saffron Coffee’s flagship cafe – the Espresso, Brew Bar, and Roastery on the Mekong in Luang Prabang – celebrates the uniqueness of its organic, shade-grown coffee. The cafe is open 7 days a week, with free Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, riverside seating, and a menu that complements the quality coffee. Saffron Coffee also offers tours between November and February, allowing guests to experience the full coffee journey from “Cherry to Cup”.
