Bamboo Tree Restaurant & Cooking School
“The flavours of Laos are so complex yet so simple. What we eat tells the story of who we are culturally. It’s earthy and healthy by using the freshest of ingredients. Nothing is processed in Lao cooking. For me, Lao food is the best comfort food in the world. I’m biased, because I grew up on this cuisine.” Chef Linda Rattana
