Sabaydee Guesthouse is conveniently situated next to a few top-notch eateries and a temple. The price is reasonable, and there is a wonderful view of the Mekong River. The three-story concrete building, TV, and little workstation or bedroom table, along with views of the sun sinking over the mountains behind the river, made it suitable. By Lao standards, the hot water bathrooms are large. Some people will adore the common spaces on each floor where you may unwind with a beverage and use the WiFi. The proprietor was incredibly cordial and helpful. A fantastic value in Houayxay, the accommodation was simple but clean and had a nice bed.
