Staying at Sounantha Hotel in the city centre makes it easy to get around. Specifically, Sounantha Hotel is organizes weddings, parties, meetings, and various events, flowers, food service to order both inside and outside the location, restaurant, coffee or bakery cafe. Paksan District, located near a temple, a market, and a bus station, is a city to visit for a tranquil, relaxing, and slow existence. The front desk personnel are highly efficient, courteous, and helpful. The property is tidy and has a wonderful old-world charm. The bed was really comfortable. The room was huge, and the retro feel was fantastic. We wish we weren’t traveling through!

Moumsabay Guesthouse
Moumsabay Guesthouse is a tranquil and serene area beside the Mekong water where you can sit and listen to the water and the way of life in Paksan. They are clean and useable. The location is the most important aspect of this establishment. Absolutely stunning–right on the river, peace and quiet. You are free to take glasses and plates (for items you have previously purchased). If you want to go out yet stay close, there is a restaurant/bar down the road (you can walk there).
