Zen Namkhan Residence offers modern apartments special Covid-19 price of $125 per week or long term at $350. Located on the Namkhan River shore just 10 minutes from Luang Prabang, the property is quiet, calm and secure. Everything is included: electricity, cooking gas, drinking water, Wi-Fi 10 Mbps, maid service once a week with linen and towel change. The apartment comes well soundproofed with a fully equipped kitchen including a microwave, fridge, small gas oven, and kitchenware. It is possible to rent a motorcycle on site at 50,000 kip a day. Cold River Luang Prabang, your “home away from home.” We are a French couple living in Luang Prabang for seven years. In the hospitality industry since 15 years, we renovated Cold River hotel three years ago as a 2-star hotel, at the end of a small quiet cobbled street, right on the Nam Khan side, where we combine a homestay atmosphere and hotel services, decorated with stylish and original details, colourful artwork from Passa Paa studio, and wooden crates as furniture. As much as possible, we buy and consume locally, and we care about the environmental issues in Luang Prabang.
