SilkAir has announced its Singapore-Laos summer schedule for 2018, which aims to provide better connectivity for European travellers.
“After several months of negotiations by SilkAir with Lao Airports Authority for a better slot schedule into Luang Prabang, I am glad to confirm that effective 26 March (through 25 October) our schedule from Singapore to Laos (has been appended),” said SilkAir spokesman, Jericho Quek.
Starting 26 March, SilkAir MI 787 will depart Singapore at 09:00 and arrive in Luang Prabang at 11:10. The flight leaves Luang Prabang at 12:00 and arrives in Vientiane at 13:00. SilkAir will continue operating the route three days a week on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday (1, 4, 6).

He added, “The circular routing from Singapore will arrive in Luang Prabang first, and depart to Singapore via Vientiane.”
